James P. Scoptur

Graduate of MU Law 2010, National Top 40 Under 40, Super Lawyers Rising Star, National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys Top 10 Under 40 .  Prior to joining Aiken & Scoptur, S.C., in which I focus 100% on cases or plaintiffs, I worked for A&S for may years doing odd jobs and learning the real world lessons of practicing law.  These life, non-legal lessons I learned allow me to better relate to my clients and juries.  When not practicing law I enjoy bicycling, running, cooking and spending time with my family.  I also enjoy watching my 3 young children find new and interesting uses for all of my tech gadgets, as well as being able to sit down, relax, and enjoy some quality episodes of Paw Patrol, Bubble Guppies, and Mickey Mouse’s Clubhouse.
